"They scheduled one day but couldn't make it because it rained, so they  rescheduled for the following weekend and came out and were pretty much on time. They were very good, very neat. He did what he said he was gonna do and he was very reasonable. He was the most reasonable offer, they were about 20% cheaper. The guy was very nice and personable. He gave me an Angie's List discount, even though he wasn't on Angie's List to match an offer from another guy. When he came out to show us the product, 'cause it was already fabricated, I didn't like it and he redid them at no charge. In a month or two I'll call him back to do the other two windows downstairs."
