I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."
