Very nice preparation work, like power washing, fixing broken stucco, sealing cracks, vent flashings, sealing unpainted wood under tiles etc. Really beautiful job on the stucco, looks like a new house. What really impressed me about Bill was that he looked at my house completely understood what needed to be done suggested things he could do to improve the look of the house and yet his price was quite competitive. They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. They were on-time every morning and were meticulous about masking everything, and not getting over-spray or spilling paint on anything. The house looks great, and I will definitely use them again. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again.
