Very nice preparation work, like power washing, fixing broken stucco, sealing cracks, vent flashings, sealing unpainted wood under tiles etc. Really beautiful job on the stucco, looks like a new house. What really impressed me about Bill was that he looked at my house completely understood what needed to be done suggested things he could do to improve the look of the house and yet his price was quite competitive. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."
