I met with Glen through Angi's pro list and we looked at several areas on my house that needed stucco work and after hearing his estimate, I decided to go with Glen. My house has several stucco "hardscape features" (short brick topped walls) added after it was built that needed repair/replacement. Glen and Joshua were here every day as planned, removing and replacing or repairing stucco as needed and finishing with a color matching coat of paint. Glen is a professional and proud of his work. He kept me "in the loop" as work progressed and was ready with answers when I had questions. I strongly recommend Glen to anyone who needs quality stucco work at a reasonable price. "Excellent. Did not have to wait long for them to start. Started every morning and worked all day till the work was done. Did exactly what we asked. Was very accommodating with our requests. Very nice preparation work, like power washing, fixing broken stucco, sealing cracks, vent flashings, sealing unpainted wood under tiles etc. Really beautiful job on the stucco, looks like a new house. "My experience with Building in Harmony was overall a 10/10 as you know construction is not comfortable but they went out of their way to make it the most comfortable it can be. I got my driveway and backyard re done as well as re-doing the stucco on my house which was on my wish list for a long time. I was very hesitant about it but when Dana came out the first time I knew they where the one. They are very detailed and meticulous when it comes down to the finished product. We had walk through on the regular basis and every time I had a question someone was there to answer. They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. No drips, no over spray, always masked, patched each and every stucco spot on the walls outside and caulked - just like it really should be and without missing anything. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front.
