Work was completed in an extraordinarily short amount of time (two working days between acceptance of bid and completion). Some minuses, but not big ones, considering the price: Did not get callbacks same day as left messages, the thermostat and a fire extinguisher mounting were knocked off the wall without being fixed. Paint job itself was beautifully done; enamel was properly stippled and the flat was clean and dry looking."
