Energyaid insisted on a full system inspection for $299.00 before they would do repairs. My solar indicates that everything is working but I needed help so I agreed. Within one minute of arrival, the tech informed me that nothing could be done about the flashing light on my inverter. He advised waiting for the inverter to fail. What?!! I was trapped into paying for an inspection I did not need. I was then rejected for the $9/month monitoring because of the inverter. The tech left with my $299.00 and no solution to my problem. The next day, I found another tech who took a look at my inverter. He called the manufacturer, found that it was still under warrantee and ordered a replacement and charged me $149.00. Energyaid is a bogus company. They are out to sqeeze you dry."
