January 19, 2021 Mr. Dwight Esnard President Mesa Garage Doors 4915 E Hunter Ave Anaheim, CA 92807 RE: Proposal 823405 Dear Mr. Esnard: I would like to take this opportunity to share my experiences with your company, Mesa Garage Doors. The following is in chronological order. November 12, 2020 - This was our first appointment with a salesman. I took off work in order to meet his for our estimate. After waiting until after the time estimated for his arrival, I telephoned Mesa and was only then informed that the employee had called in sick. I then scheduled an appointment for the next day and had to take more time off work. Why didn't Mesa call me and inform me of the no show and to reschedule? November 13, 2020 - Met with Sam Chittendon and received an estimate and an install date. Made a change to the order for an additional garage door opener. December 4, 2020 - Our install was scheduled from 12 noon to 4 pm. At 4:20 pm, I called Mesa and asked where our installer was. I was told he wasn't going to make it and we were pushed to December 5, 2020. December 5, 2020 - Installers came and wanted to build down. We did not like the looks of that so the installer took new measurements, contacted Mesa on speaker phone and we were all informed that we would have to order custom doors. We ok'd the order. December 30, 2020 - Contacted Mesa again to schedule the delivery of the new custom ordered doors. We were scheduled for today. January 19, 2021 - The installer showed up, took measurements, removed our door and the told us that we would have to have a build down. I said no we didn't want a build down and we again had a speaker phone call with your office. Only now were we informed that the door cannot be made in a 7'3" size. We told the installer to put our door back on. After some time, I heard a honk from the alley. It was your installer. I said I needed to see if the doors still worked properly. He told me that I had to put the sensors back on and he sped off while I was yelling "WAIT." First, I have spent many, many hours waiting for salesmen, installers and many more hours on hold with that obnoxious guitar music. Second, I am shocked at how inefficient your company is run. No one knows what anyone else is doing. No one knows the product, not even your salesmen. Which brings me to the point of your salesman. Sam Crittendon was great up until the problems began. I have texted him and emailed him over and over again and he has disappeared. Apparently, as we were informed just today, he was supposed to contact us for the ordering of the custom door. That never happened. In conclusion, I have heard you on KFI for years and have purchased two doors from you in the past. I will never do business with your company again and I will recount my experiences with KFI and spread it far and wide on social media. I have never been so frustrated and spent so much wasted time dealing with any business. Please contact me if you need clarification on any of the above. Sincerely, //S// Elizabeth Vozzella
