Miserable quality work and customer service. Unprofessional and irresponsible. I bought 2 wood garage doors about six months ago from mesa garage doors and paid all together about $18000. I was expecting high quality wood garage doors and installation. After they installed the doors, the doors did not work properly I had to call them over and over to send someone to fix the problem. After 2 weeks the garage doors started to crack again calls after calls and complain they picked up the doors and installed a temporary one. I was told it will take a few days and they will bring new doors back to install. It has been almost 2 months and no one properly answer me what is going on and what’s the status of the “high quality wood garage doors!” They are not refunding my money, not responding to my requests, and I am stocked with 2 old nonfunctional doors, which costed me more than $18000.

They were part of us freshening the exterior of our home. We bought our garage doors from Mesa years ago and it was a great experience along with repairs and couple of door openers along the way. Here, they showcased theor ability to custom make entry doors (we have a duplex) and 4 custom gates for security and privacy.

I was so happy with Mesa Garage Doors. My neighbor referred me to Mesa, and everything was very easy. The team at Mesa was very professional and kept me informed on the schedule. Everything was done on time, and at the price that they promised. I would highly recommend Mesa.

Mesa Garage Doors is the BEST!!! Seriously I have used them on my house, all my rental homes and most recently had an issue with my Mother in laws garage Door. They came out within a day and had the entire unit swapped out and completed the same day. They are by far the best pricing but their service is second to none. They truly stand behind everything they advertise on TV!!!

The quality of the materials and craftmanship is amazing. Night and day between what you get with Mesa vs. going through Home Depot or someone else. And you get personalized customer service.

Scheduling and promptness of service is outstanding. Replacement cost of 1 panel was equal to half of what I paid for the entire garage door and opener. I chose Mesa originally because of cost but repair is quite pricey.

Just wanted to know what type of product to apply to our garage doors that we purchased from them a few years back that are starting to fade from UV rays. They had no idea.

Greg stone came out to do quote. Left 500.00 deposit. Looked over quote decided it was to high so I canceled next day on 12/12/2022. Still waiting on my deposit refund been more then 30 days. I guess Greg stone likes to steal your hard earned money. Don't waste your time with this company.

I should have also read the reviews, terrible service, unnecessary emails, and phone calls from Mesa with conflicting install dates. They were not honest when the sale took place and guaranteed a quiet garage door when you open, however, that did not happen. Advertised a sale with $500.00 discount on a local TV station, however, did not apply to the one I purchased. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Guess I should have read the reviews before entrusting this company with my installation. All these reviews are very accurate. They are great when you Initially make contact. Responsive and Informative. However as soon as they have your money it’s all down hill from there. I have had issues from the moment I got an install date. They ordered the wrong door and never cared for one second that they are delaying my entire project. I was delayed by three months to get my certificate of occupancy. After the door was installed it never worked properly. Not even from day one. They have been out pursuant to their so-called warranty at least 15 times. I finally was able to get to a manager named Marcus who assured me that they are going to order the parts and get me a working garage. That was a month ago. But I’m not letting them get away with this. I’ve hired an attorney and I plan on getting my money back.

January 19, 2021 Mr. Dwight Esnard President Mesa Garage Doors 4915 E Hunter Ave Anaheim, CA 92807 RE: Proposal 823405 Dear Mr. Esnard: I would like to take this opportunity to share my experiences with your company, Mesa Garage Doors. The following is in chronological order. November 12, 2020 - This was our first appointment with a salesman. I took off work in order to meet his for our estimate. After waiting until after the time estimated for his arrival, I telephoned Mesa and was only then informed that the employee had called in sick. I then scheduled an appointment for the next day and had to take more time off work. Why didn't Mesa call me and inform me of the no show and to reschedule? November 13, 2020 - Met with Sam Chittendon and received an estimate and an install date. Made a change to the order for an additional garage door opener. December 4, 2020 - Our install was scheduled from 12 noon to 4 pm. At 4:20 pm, I called Mesa and asked where our installer was. I was told he wasn't going to make it and we were pushed to December 5, 2020. December 5, 2020 - Installers came and wanted to build down. We did not like the looks of that so the installer took new measurements, contacted Mesa on speaker phone and we were all informed that we would have to order custom doors. We ok'd the order. December 30, 2020 - Contacted Mesa again to schedule the delivery of the new custom ordered doors. We were scheduled for today. January 19, 2021 - The installer showed up, took measurements, removed our door and the told us that we would have to have a build down. I said no we didn't want a build down and we again had a speaker phone call with your office. Only now were we informed that the door cannot be made in a 7'3" size. We told the installer to put our door back on. After some time, I heard a honk from the alley. It was your installer. I said I needed to see if the doors still worked properly. He told me that I had to put the sensors back on and he sped off while I was yelling "WAIT." First, I have spent many, many hours waiting for salesmen, installers and many more hours on hold with that obnoxious guitar music. Second, I am shocked at how inefficient your company is run. No one knows what anyone else is doing. No one knows the product, not even your salesmen. Which brings me to the point of your salesman. Sam Crittendon was great up until the problems began. I have texted him and emailed him over and over again and he has disappeared. Apparently, as we were informed just today, he was supposed to contact us for the ordering of the custom door. That never happened. In conclusion, I have heard you on KFI for years and have purchased two doors from you in the past. I will never do business with your company again and I will recount my experiences with KFI and spread it far and wide on social media. I have never been so frustrated and spent so much wasted time dealing with any business. Please contact me if you need clarification on any of the above. Sincerely, //S// Elizabeth Vozzella

On October 2nd we had Gregg Stone out for an estimate for a double door and a single door. A few days later, I contacted Gregg and informed him I wanted to proceed with the order. We paid half of the total at this time. He informed me it would take up to 9 weeks before the door would be ready. Roughly a week later, Gregg called and set our install date for December 12th. On November 30th, MESA emailed us and that our install date was now December 2nd. I emailed them that we needed to keep our original install date of December 12th. Robert confirmed the December 12th install date through an email. We received an email confirmation on December 11th. I called MESA several times on both December 11th and 12th to attain an install time frame. I left several messages and never received a call back. The morning of December 12th we cleared the work area in both garages in preparation of our doors being installed as requested and I stayed home to wait for the installers while my family attended my step daughters piano recital. MESA never showed up. I left messages on Sunday as well. Monday, I still didn’t hear from MESA, I called them at noon and left yet another message. About 30 minutes later a scheduler called me back and informed me that my install date was December 17th. I told her I have emails that my install date was the 12th. She told me that her screen says the 17th. She couldn’t care less that there was some sort of mix up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining my dissatisfaction and requesting a call back. My husband called the next day and left a message with customer service that he wanted to speak to a supervisor as well. At this point, we wanted nothing to do with this company and wanted to find a way to cancel our order. We did not hear from anyone regarding our concerns. They did send someone on the 17th and the doors were installed. The installers, who were subcontracted by MESA, were super professional and did an excellent job. I love our garage doors, but I would NEVER give MESA one dollar of my business again. They wasted my entire Saturday and made me miss my stepdaughters piano recital for nothing. Even worse, the company couldn’t care less. Everytime we waited on hold, we listened to their spiel touting their excellent customer service and lowest price. We definitely never received this level of service! Once they have your deposit, they are no longer helpful. This is my first negative review for any company. I cannot believe the apathy from this company. Plenty of other companies to choose from. Beware of MESA!

Not good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It has been over 6 weeks since original install date and the job is still not completed. The sales guy kept in great contact until the order went through but I have had multiple cancellations and no-shows on repair/install appointments since my full payment went through. I understand impact of Covid on business but no shows and unreturned emails and telephone calls are unacceptable. At first install appointment, techs were unable to complete the job because "something broke" and weatherstripping was not installed. Critters took up residence in my garage between that date and install completion and immediately ate through the garage door once the weatherstripping was there. The door stopped closing entirely a month ago due to issue with cabling. I am concerned about pest-related health issues (there is now scat everywhere) and safety/security issues that my personal property is just open to the elements since door will not close.

Extremely well. Victor was punctual, very pleasant and professional. He did an excellent job. He noticed that we had a very old opener that did not work any longer. He was able to save the garage door although he would possibly try to sell us a new door instead. We would definitely hire him again.
