Our jacuzzi was created to look like a stone-lined cistern, so it can’t be the easiest spa to clean, but maintenance is done and when finished, the jacuzzi is sparkling clean. "San Juan Pools in Valley Center put in the most beautiful pool and spa for us! Jon Mitchell is such a great guy and always followed through to make sure we were happy and that the job was done right. The price was super affordable and the pool turned out amazing; the pool is nestled between our boulders and they managed to build our spa in spite of some large underground rocks. Other pool companies tried to convince us to move the location, but Jon came through and built an even better pool and spa than we envisioned. Thank you Jon!!! "We are delighted with the work done by Modern Home Remodeling, to install a classy tiled shower, repaint the interior and replace carpets. Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. Our disruption and moving of personal items was minimized as the painting was done in four days and was followed three days later by a one-day carpet installation. Overall, this remodeling brought us upgrades that we already enjoy, a month of amicable and focused contractors, and efficient planning and execution by Modern Home Remodeling and its subcontractors. - Extra masonry work on the patio deck to improve the appearance
- They brought in extra plants to improve the overall yard appearance
- Greatly improved an existing small garden area with expert brick work the made that area a showcase
- Removed existing unsightly water valve systems and placed the new system out of sight 
- Incredible work with the Bobcat earth mover that actually extended the area across our backyard by 10 feet

"My husband and I are thrilled with our new backyard! From the beginning Andrew understood our needs and worked on a design that would give us more usable space for our family gatherings. Andrew is jus wonderful to work with! He is attentive to your needs and concerns and has an incredible vision for hardscape design and landscape. Once the design was done, they had to demolish existing cement and level our whole backyard to have more usable space. They installed pavers, lighting, gas lines for our fire pit and grill and landscape. It all came together even better than we ever imagined! The whole team was led by our project manager, Alvaro, who is a pleasure to work with. Every worker that was brought in was professional, punctual, and tidied up before they left for the day. Alvaro was always responsive and accommodating with the changes that we thought needed to be done along the way and still the project was completed on time and within the budget. We wish we could give more than 5 stars and cannot recommend this company enough! "The contact person for Venture Pool Service is Mike. He contacted me by phone to set up a day and time that he could come over. I was able to set an appt on the day I wanted. He was on time, clean and friendly. Mike explained to me that all spas are different from each other and to service a particular brand can be difficult . He tested and brought my chemicals back to where they needed to be. Mike's expertise is in pools and I appreciated his honesty about working on spas. He did give me some ideas on how to find the right person to work on my Hot Springs Spa. If you need a guy who's honest, cares about his customers and likes what he is doing, call Mike.

Since my roof is 20+ years that was very attractive and avoided the risk of having to remove the solar system while roof was repaired in the next few years.

"This is the second time I've hired Kevin and this job went very well. His price was more reasonable than quotes I got from other electricians and it included patching holes in the ceiling (neither of the rooms had accessible attic space), whereas the other electricians said I would need to hire someone else to patch any holes for wiring. Kevin was very responsive and polite during the entire process. He needed to reschedule the original date because he had a family emergency come up and when I explained I was hoping to have at least one of the fans installed before out-of-town guests arrived (in a guest bedroom), he came out on a Saturday to make sure the job was done on time."
