"On Saturday, at about 4:00 in the afternoon, the toilet and shower in my master bathroom had overflowed so bad that it had seeped into my bedroom. (This had occurred simply after I ran the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time.) Suffice it to say, this caused a panic in me. Thankfully, I was able to ascertain the problem with the help from a friend who used to be a plumber. This helped me to realize that, though inconvenient, the problem at least wasn't some kind of emergency. With that, I immediately began reaching out to any plumbers I could find. The quotes that I was receiving were simply far too high for the job, especially because I know how to snake a clean line myself. In fact, I would have done so myself, were it not for my desire to have a camera down the line. (I had a clog about a year ago, so I was interested in seeing if there were any larger issues.) Of all of the plumbers that I got into contact withâ including one of my friend's plumber friendsâ Precise Plumbing had the best rate. They were willing to do the job at a rate that I could afford. Not only this, Malik, who had come out to do the job, worked with excellence. He was punctual, communicative, and competent. Not only this, he was also very personable. After he finished the job, he showed me the root problem that he picked up in the cameraâ which was actually roots. He explained long term solutions, but was in no ways pushy about it. I immediately put Malik's work to the test by running both the dishwasher and the washing machine again, which had caused the overflow in the beginning. You'll never guess what happened... nothing at allâ the problem was solved. Anyways, I write this review to say that Precise Plumbing is the way to go. I will definitely be telling my friends about them, but I hope the HomeAdvisor community could likewise benefit from such a competent company."

"The proprieter, Mr. Hernandez, helped me select a new tankless water heater to replace my old one. He was generally easy to communicate with and did what he said he was going to do. Although this was a replacement water heater, the plumbing had to be replaced to fit the new unit. A few hours after he installed the new water heater, I noticed a minor problem, texted Mr. Hrnandez, and he was at my house an hour later, at 9:00 pm, to fix it. I have had many craftsmen work on my house over the years. It's usually pretty frustrating and aggravating. When there was a problem after other jobs, most of them told me my house was defective, admitted that the problem was their fault but refused to fix it, claimed that I did not understand the situation, or just stopped responding to my communications. Mr., Hernandez responded instantly to my text message and was at my house an hour later (at 9:00 pm) to fix the problem. He is a skilled professional plumber and an honorable person. I hope to do some significant remodeling that will require rebuilding some of my house's plumbing, and I'll try to get Mr. Hernandez to come back for the work."

"Quite excellent with relatively affordable compare to other provider ( although still expensive ). I would recommend. Excellent service."

"I called Oak Plumbing to have my garbage disposal repaired. A young man named Andrew showed up at my house and quickly assessed the situation. He was prompt, efficient and professional. He found the problem and resolved it, allowing me to get back to doing dishes. I also appreciate that their service charge is very affordable. I'm very happy with the job that was completed and will be calling Oak Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!"

"Jeff was prompt with the initial quote via Yelp. He asked questions to find out more about the type of water heater I had. He sent a text message about 20 minutes early to let me know he was on his way. Once here, he had his mask and gloves on. He was able to assess the situation and within 45 minutes was able to complete the job. He also made recommendations on what to expect based on the age of the water heater and did recommend looking into getting another one soon. The payment was easy and affordable."
