"The painting done looks gorgeous and on can tell that the painting was professionally done. The final contract that was drawn up for me to sign had great detail and was accurate. The production manager included some extra things as painting the retaining wall in the back yard. The painters spoke courteously to me and my wife. The foreman spoke perfect English. One of the painters helped my wife go down the driveway with her walker down to her car that was parked on the street. The painters showed up on time and didn't make a lot of noise like loud talking or playing the radio loud during their lunch breaks. I was especially pleased with the workmanship. They put two coats of paint plus primer on all surfaces, and I am sure that the paint will look good beyond the five year warranty period. The company seemed to have a lot of integrity and will take care of anything that was inadvertently missed. They left at least half a can of paint of each color and some stucco for future touch up."

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. ". The Rangel crew spent extra time (4 days) and manpower to insure the prep work was just right and complete. As the painting progressed, I made several changes in regard to the paint scheme on the trim. The Painters were always more than happy to do what I asked, in fact they also provided input and suggestions on what they thought looked best. It was very refreshing having a contractor that was not afraid to give their opinion. In most cases we went with their suggestions and we loved the results. "Bought a house to be flipped, replaced any damaged areas and bring the house up to date with modern features. The bathroom needed re-tiled. The driveway was badly in shape , layered and designed concrete was used. All the kitchen cabinets were stripped and refaced . Stained that matched the decor.
