"I hired LA Expert Builders on ADU Garage Conversion. It wasn't a simple project, but Nir and his well organized crew made it simple as possible. Nir was very honest and he carefully listened my requests and did everything as I wanted. His team was very respectful to my home, they kept working area very clean and they were also very respectful to me and my family. "The first day was spent doing prep work and repairing holes. The second and third days were for the actual painting which involved 2 coats on the walls and ceiling. They did a good job, but there was one concern, some of my own painting implements were used without my permission. For example, I discovered my putty knife and an extension pole missing from the garage, where I had left them.  I later found them among the painters' equipment.. Also I had bought a package of 3 brushes for some of my own work.  One day I found only an empty package.  When I mentioned these things to the painters, their supervisor, Harrison, replaced the brushes immediately.  I also reported this to Peter Kelley, who expressed great concern. He called me later and explained that 2 weeks earlier they had hired a new painter, who was the culprit. He was terminated.

"Very well, in fact great. BGB did a fantastic job with the remodel. Considering we were in the middle of a pandemic, Nir and his team went out of their way to get us done because they knew we were living out of our garage. The finishes were exactly what we asked for, and when we found a discrepancy, Nir made sure it got corrected to our liking. BGB is a company that worries about customer satisfaction and quality, rare these days. Some members of Nir’s team worth calling out are Ami the plumber and Max the Drywaller. Both are exceptional tradesmen. Nir’s flooring subcontractor also did a fantastic job. He came back out to finish the door transitions which was a very small job for him to drive from L.A. to Orange. Nir dealt with our scope creep very well, what started out as a kitchen remodel then included a wall removal, opening our family room to our dining room and flooring almost all of our house. His prices are fair and his management of the overall project was very effective. I would hire Be Green Builders again in a heartbeat. In fact we have a master bath upgrade on our list of projects and I will be calling Nir and Be Green Builders first."
