"LC PB Inc re-roofed and performed repairs to the indoor entry area of our home., due to water damage. All work was performed in a highly professional manner. Louis Ceja, contractor, submitted a very competitive bid for the repairs needed. He and his crew worked timely and efficiently. His men cleaned up each day so that we were able to live in a safe/ clean environment . Louis maintained timely communication about arrival times and project schedules. We are pleased with the quality of work. Even the building inspector, when signing off on the project, without prompting, said â good jobâ . In light of these qualities, I can recommend LC Professional Builders Inc. for construction repairs/remodels without hesitation."

Got a few estimate, one was 30% lower than Fence Dr, but ultimately decided to go with Herb since he seems to know fences really well, and was able to explain things. Pros: - He and his crew are excellent at doing their work, fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves - Really like the newly installed fence sections Cons: - He pushed out the installation date 3 times due to various reasons, and told me the day before he needed to change the date - His initial quotes didn't match what he told me verbally, resulting in delays to begin the work. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work Herb and his crew from Fence Dr did, and will recommend his service."
