I can't think of enough good things to say about Omar Alvarado and his company, Green Oak Painting. He and his helper Ricardo did an excellent job on my house painting project made challenging by the extensive prep work required which included extensive scraping and sanding and replacing or restoring some siding, rafter tails and other wood affected by dry rot. They were on time, even early, for all appointments and scheduled work, and Omar kept me informed at every step about what was needed, what he recommended, what it would cost, and to ask me what I wanted because it meant a lot to him that I would be happy with the results. They were thorough but efficient, caulked every nook and cranny, and applied several coats of primer and the finish coat. There are a couple of doors in such bad shape they need to be replaced, which will take a few weeks, and Omar's fee includes returning when they arrive to help me hang them and paint them, and I know he will because he earned my complete trust. He honored the estimate despite all the prep work required. But he is also a competent business owner. Omar is one of the nicest, most honest, and most conscientious people I have ever met and I just wish he did more than painting. He told me he chose to specialize in painting so that he could excel at it, and he does.

I’m extremely satisfied with the work done by Green Oak. The finish is absolutely outstanding, and their attention to detail is remarkable. They are very easy to work with, flexible, and truly listen to their customers. It’s clear they go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with the results. One thing I really appreciated is that they never came back to renegotiate the pre-agreed price — what they quoted is what they charged. That level of professionalism is rare these days. Green Oak can handle jobs of any size with confidence and quality. I would definitely hire them again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

They worked hard, and went above and beyond on the project (even trimming some shrubs and removing weeds!) The house looks great, and they warranty the work for 10 years. Ok, first of all "Green Oak Painting" is the Wrong Name....It is should be "Perfect, Spectacular, Professional, Honest, Prompt, Thorough, Affordable and REAL Painters". I found Green Oak painting on Angi's list, and called them among other painters to get a quote. After sending in a request for a quote, I received a call within the hour about them stopping by in 30mins to do a walk through of the house! I had no idea they were so prompt! We really appreciated it because we did want to get the painting done within 2 weeks. After the initial walk through, I received an invoice for the quote and its details in my email by the end of the day. Omar kept very good communication throughout the whole process, whether it be email, cellular, or weekends - so dependable! Omar and his team just painted the exterior of our 2 story home. They were fast, efficient, thorough, friendly and helpful. They did power wash , prime, caulking, 2 coat painting on the whole house. Omar and crew were very accommodating as they went above and beyond for every little detail. The crew was amazingly friendly as they always arrived very punctually, worked hard, and straightened up before leaving. The guys were not satisfied until I was satisfied and they took customer happiness to the extreme. Before completing the job, they did a final walk-through to ensure that they hadn't missed any spots! I would definitely use Green Oak Painting again and would highly recommend them! Entire project went great! Entire exterior of home painted. Omar is great to work with, listened to my desires and answered my questions. He was available when I called and even if not he returned calls immediately. His price was outstanding in comparison to other painters who bid on the project.
