"To this day the job is not done, Hershel Nazarian has taken my money and I cannot find him. He left work incomplete and much of his work that was done I had to hire someone to fix. He does not know construction at all and is very uneducated. I believe the reviews on here are all fake for him. This man is a fraud and right now he owes me 100,000 dollars.
