"Return call immediately, came to house at appointment time, analyzed situation and made circuit tests , knew immediately what was wrong, ordered part , installed part, all with in 24 hours. "The owner was pleasant and came on thanksgiving week-end but charged $129 to solely inspect the furnace. His estimate for repairs was way higher than another company that we went with and fixed the problem."
