It perplexed him but he persevered in spite of my leading him astray (insisting the plug in back of a cabinet wasn't a GFI breaker [it was]). Along the way he gave me an excellent education in how electricity works, fixed a couple of other plugs with loose wires and discussed all the options in a professional, friendly manner. I felt comfortable with him and trusted he was giving me the absolute best advice. 5 Star will be coming back to install some new LED fixtures in the garage, which he did not insist on selling to me but let me order exactly what I wanted myself."

"Paul Bennett s company was quick to give its estimate whereas the other company took almost a week to respond. We encountered a problem with the water heater having to be removed to replace the furnace. Since it was old, I asked them to quote a replacement. They replaced both the furnace and the water heater to my tenants and my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company. In fact my management company told me they have added them to their vendors list."

"After strong winds last night, our kitchen solar tube leaked briefly. I was going to see if I could caulk around it myself, but my ladder wasn't tall enough to get up to the roof. I called Mr. Korling to see if there was any possibility he could come by same day, as rain was expected again tonight. He was very accommodating and arrived and checked the solar tube to see where the leak might be. He spent at least 20 minutes checking and the leak couldn't be replicated, even with a hose directed straight on the tube cover. He said he thought it was probably condensation inside the tube, and that the installation on the tube looked impeccable. He said if it happened again, he would come back and check further. He didn't charge me a thing for the visit. He was professional, prompt and friendly. I was relieved by his findings."
