Sasha Shempliner at Harmony Air is a man integrity, and is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and solar energy. I wholeheartedly recommend working with him for your HVAC and solar needs. We built a new home in 2016, and had met Sasha at the Rebuild Expo in Middletown. Once we had our plans, Sasha walked us through what we would need to heat and cool our home comfortably and efficiently. We went with a ductless system of six Mitsubishi mini-splits, and are very happy with the efficiency of the system he installed for us. The fact that you can choose to heat or cool individual rooms as opposed to turning on a whole house system means we can avoid using too much energy. The units are very quiet when operating too. The filtration system is waste free, which is another bonus. Simply remove the filter, run it under the sink, let it dry, and put it back in place. Nothing to dispose of, and no need to go buy new filters. We can also remotely control the system using an app on our phone. One of the exterior compressors had a circuit board get “fried” by a power surge. Sasha explained that this was something he had never seen happen with the Mitsubishi units, arranged to get a replacement, and installed it without charging us for the labor. Sasha also installed a solar energy system for us. He came and determined whether a system would work at our site with no consultation fee. He then explained what we were capable of producing given the solar placement we agreed upon. Sasha suggested we wait to purchase the full capacity of what we could install so we didn’t spend money on solar panels we didn’t need. My parents also hired Sasha to install a solar system on their home, and their praise of his work is equally high. I believe you will be very satisfied should you work with Harmony Air.

We used Harmony Air to install our solar and split HVAC systems. Sasha came to our house to explain the work and spent a couple hours going over the options for situation of the solar array. Even though he could have sold more equipment, he patiently explained that we did not need battery backup for our application and helped us locate the most economical location. Let’s back up and let me give you some back ground; between my wife and I, we have over 50 years in construction experience. We started our solar project with four different contractors that were invited to bid on our project. Two of the contractors insisted on roof mount solar installation only. One a local contractor never even completed the bid. We have 10 acres of land; insisting that solar panels be placed on the roofs of my home and barn, would increase the cost of the installation and future maintenance. Harmony air installed 32 solar panels in two arrays, in less than four days. The Enphase Energy system allows us to monitor each solar panel output via our home Wi-Fi system. Our solar system is completely modular, allowing additional components if needed or isolation and repair of individual parts without shutting down remaining solar productivity. We also had Sasha and the Harmony Air’s crew install an ‘Fujitsu’ split HVAC system. At the completion of both projects; there was no debris, everything was neat and tidy, we were trained on the equipment operation and walked-through maintenance and upkeep. We highly recommend this conscientious, professional and honest contractor for any work you can get him to do!

Professional. That is the best way that I can describe Harmony Air, Sasha and his insulation team. They arrive on the date agreed and took the next day to complete the project. After they were done, Sasha spent time to review the operating manual and told me to contact them with any questions or concerns that I may have. Harmony Air was wonderful to work with. Sasha is extremely knowledgeable about the latest technologies and came up with a systems design to replace my poorly designed ducted system with mini-splits. The units he installed are incredibly efficient and quiet. I can barely tell that the outside unit is on when it is running. Nothing like the old AC compressor that it replaced. And I love being able to control the environment on a room-by-room basis. This increases both the efficiency and the level of comfort. Furthermore, the installation was handled very professionally. Sasha and his team were a pleasure to deal with and they left the place clean afterward. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Sasha Shempliner’s Harmony Air solar energy/climate control business installed a 4.8 kilowatt solar photovoltaic system on my home’s roof in May 2016. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this solar contractor for residential solar panel installations. Sasha is very committed to efficient renewable energy, and very attentive to customer concerns and preferences. He pays attention to useful developments in solar power technology, in my opinion. He handles both the equipment procurement (solar panels, inverters, mounting racks, etc) and the installation work including county building permits and the net metering account setup with PG&E. His estimation visit was thorough and pleasant. His pricing is competitive in Lake County. His work crew was very professional, courteous, and fast-working. After three months of operation, the system is working as expected for summer season conditions. Our average monthly energy draw from PG&E had been about 20 kwh/month during the previous year. Since the solar came online, that average draw has dropped to about 3 kwh/month, and that during air conditioning season. I’m very satisfied with Sasha’s and Harmony Air’s work. I would consider them for other HVAC work based on what I’ve seen of their work on our solar project.

You can not find a better HVAC tech in the Clearlake area!!!! Sasha was on time, called me back when I reached out and he is a gentleman. Very, very neat in his work, knowledgeable, thorough and does not rush off to the next appointment. I will never use anyone else and you will be glad you called him. If I ever need repair work on my aging system, I will insist he extended warranty provider calls Harmony Air.

I am the property maintenance manager for a multi unit office building in Lakeport California. We had an HVAC unit go out on us and had to have it replaced quickly. I called Sasha and he was there the very next morning. He had me a very impressive quote the same day. I submitted it to the owner, who signed and returned it. Sasha ordered the equipment and within  5 business days was here with his crew installing the system. This was one of my main concerns due to the fact that tenants, of that suite were a California Government entity. However his crew were extremely courteous, understanding, and amazingly quick. Then when everything was done, they had cleaned up behind themselves and left the entire area better than it looked when they arrived 2 days prior.

Prior to soliciting quotes,
I did an ample amount of research of the different types of solar installations
and products, and narrowed down the type of solar installation that would best
serve my needs. Harmony Air was the third quote I solicited for a solar
installation, and ultimately the installer I chose. The system recommended by
Harmony Air was very similar to the one I had envisioned with a few
differences. When asked, Sasha, at Harmony Air, took the time to explain the
differences; he had worked with both types of equipment and found both worked
well in their application. Each had their advantages and disadvantages and his
