We had to have him back about 18 months later to adjust the gate. The gate's weight had caused a drop that left no adjustment possible. The closing plate had to be cut off and rewelded. Eric responded and made the necessary adjustment for the cost of a maintenance call. Eric made very good recommendations as to placement and design of gate.
