We had a power outage the morning of the appointment, and I called and was able to reschedule the appointment to later in the day (they called another customer to swap appointment times). The technician was able to tune up the garage door and fix the issue with the garage door not closing with the remote and explained to me the issue of why the garage door was not closing (due to excessive resistive force, which was fixed after the garage door was lubed)."

This means that for the gate to open, the control has to sequence release of the gate lock first and then signal the gate opener. Eric completed the task on time and on budget. We had to have him back about 18 months later to adjust the gate. The gate's weight had caused a drop that left no adjustment possible. The closing plate had to be cut off and rewelded. Eric responded and made the necessary adjustment for the cost of a maintenance call. Eric made very good recommendations as to placement and design of gate.
