Later that same day, I found out that our gate latch is not staying in tact easily which he fixed. I left him a message to come back to adjust the latch but I haven't heard from him. For time being it is okay, but the latch needs to be re-adjusted a bit, so I hope he comes back to fix it."

This means that for the gate to open, the control has to sequence release of the gate lock first and then signal the gate opener. Eric completed the task on time and on budget. We had to have him back about 18 months later to adjust the gate. The gate's weight had caused a drop that left no adjustment possible. The closing plate had to be cut off and rewelded. Eric responded and made the necessary adjustment for the cost of a maintenance call. Eric made very good recommendations as to placement and design of gate. We checked three references and they were all excellent."
