They are very easy to work with, professional, friendly and fast and efficient at what they do. He is a perfectionist and does the job to perfection; literally. And he does decks and staining as well; his name is Joe and I would definitely use their services again and recommend to others.
I wasn't very happy with their service. I've used them for several years. It was more than I was willing to pay. They could have done a better job cleaning the carpets. They could have done a better job measuring my square footage that needed to be cleaned.
We had 7 areas steam cleaned. They charge per area and the young man gave me a deal for deodorizing each of the areas. He was a gentleman and very professional. The house was ready for him to just come in and clean the carpets without much moving of furniture. I hope that the carpets stay...
