"Genario and Elias arrived on time and quickly went to work evaluating and troubleshooting our irrigation system.  Genario recommended changing the watering schedule to one recommended by a local municipality.  In addition he indicated that we will need to replace the sprinkler heads since our current ones were too short to water efficiently. They noticed that one of the solenoids in the irrigation box had a wire which was detached. They replaced the solenoid and cleaned out the dirt in the box.

Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.

"I had two areas of concern: installed new worklights in the garage and replacing electric switches and outlets.  Jerry did a great job taking care of the needed work.  He was friendly, chatty, but stayed on task and finished the necessary assignments. 
I also had a dry rot problem; Jerry showed up early, with another worker to assist and got right to work.  He tore down (?) the infected areas, replaced the plywood, a good number of slats, and repaired the base of a support column.  He was sure to do all the finish work (caulking) and sealing where needed.  
After he finished, my only 'job' was to apply primer and then paint the new areas.  It turned out looking really good.  I was impressed with the way Jerry got to work, cleaned up when finished, and checked the work he had done to see if it was all to my safisfaction.  It was.
 I did think that the work done indoors (the electric work) was a bit high, but then Jerry charged less than expected for the outside work, thus sorta evening out the amount paid.  
Overall, I was well pleased and would not hesitate to use Jerry's services again.
