The kitchen that we wanted to remodel, need to includes the cabinets, floors, island, counter tops, hardware, paint and lighting. We also wanted to do as many energy efficient features that will help us reducing the bills during time. Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"We were pleased with the quality of the work. We can only vouch for the above three items, but the contractor has been doing work in northern California for many years, and seems very experienced. He was prompt and polite, and very conscientious.I think we got our money's worth, as the drywall and carpentry exterior work required skilled labor. In fact, the contractor was not able to complete the job in one day, and returned the next day to finish. This added a few more hours, which he included in the $295 we had prepaid. I had a couple of smaller jobs (caulking and varnishing a couple of floor boards) that we didn't have time for. 
I have no complaints, and would use this company again for handyman-type work without hesitation. One tip that I wish I had known in advance, is to have the contractor see the job beforehand, itemize the materials needed in advance, and purchase everything BEFORE coming to do the work. This would have saved us time, because several trips were made the day of.
