"Brian and his helper demonstrated professionalism and pride in their work by arriving on time (7:00 a.m) each work day. They worked diligently and did an outstanding job. I picked Brian over other contractors because he suggested several additional things that needed to be done on this job that other contractors never mentioned. Brian just seemed to be more experienced. I am totally happy with his work. He is reasonably priced and very thorough. Brian added an additional 2"x14"x14' support capon the other side of the existing beam at no extra charge. I would not hesitate hiring him again."

"Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. "Done within one week. Superb job trying to match other panels with textured Cement block. They went above and beyond to do my big job. They really know masonry. They are very friendly and courteous. Hole left by a vehicle is now closed in and matches the rest of the wall, and is stronger and supports the other weaker panels. It could have only been done better if Slump Stone was still available. The texture job they did to make it match looks better than the one done down the street."

We had dead grass, weeds growing everywhere, uneven surfaces, broken rotting fences, and more. Alejandro and Ignacio built a new backyard redwood fence with triple lattice, a beautiful modern Melville retaining wall with irrigation, slate finish patio, modern concrete slabs in the backyard with drainage and irrigation, front yard landscaping, front yard fence, expanded concrete in our driveway, added modern gravel to the front and backyard, as well as, fresh black mulch. After submitting our project to Angi's list, they reached out to us within the day and provided a quote within the week. They were patient and flexible with us with all of our questions and would come out to visit our project site several times as we made changes to increase the scope of the project before we finalized the plan. The project took about a month and they stayed on track with the schedule. Alejandro and Ignacio understood our vision, gave great ideas to add to the plan, and were helpful in calling out any trade-offs. They were onsite daily, easy to each and very open to questions, and providing recommendations."

"Guillermo Reyes personally came to visit the site. We were a week and a half late moving in to our home due to flooring delays...they couldn't get the old wood floor up except by scoring it with a circular saw, wetting it and scraping it up the old fashioned way. This left thick floor dust on ALL surfaces...including the ceilings. There was no way the two of us could have cleaned the house. Guillermo to the rescue! He scheduled us right away and assured us everything would be taken care of. Sure enough, the crew arrived before 7 AM and had the whole house cleaned (even cielings and walls, fans, chandeliers, windows, tracks and screens), by the time we came back at noon. His guys moved the furniture from the garage into the house and placed it where we wanted it (we didn't have to hire additional movers). He even changed the HVAC filter (in the cieling). Guillermo and team enabled us to move in right away. We highly recommend Reyes Cleaning Services! They know what needs to be done and they do it well."
