"Very courteous and nice technician. He ended up just snaking the kitchen sink drain. Unfortunately, the snaking didn't solve the issue that apparently was on the garbage disposer side of the doouble sink was the slow drain issue. The price for both the snaking and a disposer replacement were a bit high, but we were certain the snaking would take care of it. It didn't, so we are where we left off before. I think we can get our own disposer and install it without enduring the $800+ cost per the estimate. I do really appreciate the expeditious response by the company and the sincere and courteous attitude of the technician"

"My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

"We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. Being on a hillside, our landscape area is small but a bit challenging and required replacement of an old system that was pretty much defunct. "My lovely home in Saratoga required a water re-pipe. Upon giving TJ plumbing, a call, a clean, looking young man arrived at my doorstep. He was very friendly and professional. He introduced himself as TJ and proceeded to kindly asked me to give him a brief tour of the house for his assessment. Upon the end of the house tour, he proceeded to ask me about my expectations. I told them that I was just looking to replace my pipes. TJ began to present the several options that were available for my new plumbing pipes. His office included, standard replacement, addition of a softener, a relocation and upgrade of a water heater, and also the different options of materials ranging from PEX, thin-copper, and thicker-copper (apparently there’s a difference in copper, which I never knew) TJ came across very knowledgeable and quite capable of performing the task at hand. I decided to go with him and to commence the work. He was very professional, he took care of my wood floors by creating a walkway with tarps, wrapped plastic around furniture and areas of the living room, bedrooms, and dining rooms, where he intended to work to minimize dust and debris. He consistently kept me updated as to the progress of the work, and gave me a Fair Notice as to when he will be turning off the water. This gave me an ability to use any of my facilities before he disabled them. While working under the crawlspace, he also found an issue with my drain pipe, which was cracked and seeping sewer waste in my crawlspace. For a reasonable price, he took care of the cracked drain pipe on top of all the work he was currently working on. His pricing also included repairing the drywall that had to be cut open. He is not the “I can do everything type of plumber” because for purposes of the drywall, he hired a professional drywaller to repair the walls, which seemed as if they were never opened. I was extremely happy with the end result, and with the quality of work that he provided. I personally decided to include the upgrade and relocation of the water heater to an outdoor tankless. This gave me the ability to reclaim space in my garage, which I can now use to hoard more unnecessary junk. I highly recommend TJ plumbing for any plumbing needs around the home.
