It went well. All the work was done quickly and efficiently.

main line blocked. purchased a deal on AL that work was done and no problem with that part. however, when quoting out a more intensive treatment for that main line they gave a price of over $500. I went back to A.L. and saw the same exact service for $211.00. we contacted them and they mailed out a quote for around $400. I don't get why they would have such a disparaging price difference

I called Doc Joe's Plumbing about a backed-up sewer line at 7:30am and they said they would be there right away (no one came). Called again at 11:30am and was told they were on their way (would be there in a few minutes) (no one came). Called again at 1:20pm and was told they would be there by 2:00pm, for sure!! (no one came) Called again at 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm and 6:00pm. They never answered any of these calls. By 6:30pm I realized they were never coming. Started calling other plumbers but they all said they they charged double after 6:00pm. So I ended the day unable to shower or flush a toilet. The next day I called another plumber who came right out and fixed the problem.

Working with them was great. He was quick and professional; he was excellent.

After getting a outrageous quote from Mike Diamond for a drain to be cleared, we sent the not so smell good plumber packing and called Doc.Joe's. Sean and Bryant were on time, cleared our drain and then jetted the line to remove all the build up. Doc Joe's cares so much about their customers, they take there time to explain the problem in detail and gave me choices. I felt no pressure. In fact before they started they provided me a detailed description on a iPad with the cost up front and a 1 Year Warranty. Very impressed with how clean they were, professional and courteous. I also asked them to give me a estimate on a water heater. While Sean was preparing the estimate his coworker performed a service on my water heater for free! I will definitely be using Doc Joe's Plumbing again! Oh and one other thing, before they left, my invoice and estimate was emailed right away and I paid my bill on line. Very nice feature. Thank You Doc Joe's! See you in November for the installation of my new tank less water heater.

I had a great experience working with Doc Joe's Rooter & Plumbing Service. I am renting out my home and of course my guest bathroom toilet had to have problems. I spoke with Bryant on the phone earlier in the day and was able to schedule a same day appointment. He was very pleasant on the phone, when I explained the issue with my toilet and described how it looked he knew exactly what was wrong with it and the type of toilet I had. Bryant arrived on-time, his customer service and sense of humor made the appointment unexpectedly pleasant. Bryant worked quickly and the replacement was done with ease. Super professional and easy to work with, couldn't be happier.

Professional, on time, and did the job right without trying to swindle me out of un-needed repairs (I have been through a long list of shady plumbers!). They were honest, gave me recommendations for future updates, and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Did the Angies List special for $39 but was told I needed to pay $179 for a new valve replacement job.

I'm sure Doc Joe's is a good plumbing service but I didn't have a good experience this time.Tried to unclog a simple clog but was unable to. Another plumber got it on the first try. I was sad. One major plus is they didn't try to charge me for work they couldn't complete.

It went great they finished in no time plus showed me with camera how line had been cleared.

They have done a good job. We have used them for many years. They are very prompt & courteous. Their service is very professional. They call ahead of time to confirm appointments. I would recommend them to others.

When they used the rotor rooter it got caught and broke off in our drain pipe so they had to dig up a huge trench along the front of our house. Over hearing some of the workers talking amongst themselves, one of the workers was unsure how to dig a trench with a shovel and then fill it back in with dirt. On top of that, when the time came to actually re-plumb the sink piping the main worker took hours to configure a way to plumb it that also would be sticking outside of the wall unlike the original plumb job. My son, who at the time was in high school even said it did not look right, till finally the owner came out and took no more than 30 minutes to re-plumb the lines correctly in the wall. The main problem was with the work performed and the workers doing the job, while the owner seemed to know how to fix the issues. Over all, we were not impressed with the work and service performed and would not use them again.

On his way, he got hung up on traffic, but he called me, which I appreciated. I was pretty pleased with what he did. I worked with Billy and he did well. He couldn't go in through the sink, so he went on the roof to get through that way. The job took him about a half hour to finish.

The service was very good. They were exceptional. He went over and above with the work. They cleaned everything up well and were polite. When I had one of the pipes break in my garage he came right back out to repair that at no charge. I feel like I got my money's worth for the service from them.

They did a great job. I would highly recommend them. I felt like they were honest and did not take advantage of me. I was happy with their work.

Their service was excellent. I could not recommend them more. They are always extremely polite. They are on time and always follow through on promises. On the phone, their employees are always very polite and seem to go out of their way to help you. They call and let you know if they are going to be late. Their prices also seem very reasonable. We have been very happy with them and I have no complaints with them. I feel like I can really trust them.

The service was fine. They were here quickly and they got the work done quickly. I have not had any problems since which is good. The pricing was in line with everyone else. I was happy with their service.

We had a great experience starting with the initial call. Sean was helpful and concerned on the phone. He asked pertinent questions so he could help us best. Billy arrived in the next hour. He was clean, with a uniform, and very respectful. The job was done in 2 hours. He fixed our problem, did not leave a mess and was pleasant to be around. Everything went great.

I called Doc Joes after getting an unbelievable quote of $11,000 for a new water heater, that plumber saying my old one wasn't 'up to code' and it would take that much money to fix it. I called Doc Joes and he came earlier than he said he'd be there, calling first to let me know he was going to be an hour early! He put the heater in within three hours, start to finish, and charged me $1,600, a far cry from what the other plumber was going to charge me. Looks like I have a new plumber!

I called them up the day before and set the appointment for the next day bet 10 & 11 AM. Sean called by 9:30 on the date of appointment to let me know they were running about an hour late. They came in by 11:30 and since I've already explained the problem beforehand, they immediately set up the equipment and started working. It took less than an hour for the whole job. After cleaning up, Sean tested the drain and unclogged the dishwasher drain.
