The building had a number of areas in our underground common area and one resident's garage in particular where water was draining from outside of the foundation of the building. There were no less than 4 separate areas where water was entering the interior of the building. Of all the contractors we interviewed for the job, Bill was the most honest, practical, thoughtful and analytical in his approach to the job. He was more like a surgeon carefully dissecting the problem and then fixing the issues, one a time rather than what most of the other contractors wanted to do, which was tear up the east side of the building and "we'll then see what the problem is." He and his team showed up everyday they said they would - on time. They worked hard and cleaned up their work area every time they were there. He tested his work (flooding areas and letting the water sit for 48+ hours) to make sure he had done the job right and completely. He explained what he was going to do and then he did it.
