Owner Todd Young knows his business and can explain in detail what exactly the job requires. His workers are professional and don't waste time doing what's needed. If you have a leaky roof, I strongly recommend calling Todd to get it fixed.

I came across Todd Young (Reliable Roofing) by chance when searching for a roofer in the Palm Springs area. Wow....God truly blessed me that day. I have since worked with Todd a couple of times and he is truly a pleasure to work with not to mention that Todd is efficient, timely, honest and personable. We had received estimates from several roofers with various recommendations and prices. My girlfriend referred me to Todd and said he was the best...and yes, he is! He came up to Mountain Center (not many will), reviewed the roof, explained in detail what he felt needed to be done. He had references with him and answered all our questions. We decided to go ahead. We belong to an HOA with strict rules and Todd took care of contacting them the same day, even though it took him 3 hours of constant calling to reach the right person. He filled out all the necessary paperwork and they approved the job. It took less than a week from that phone call to a completed job. He is extremely detailed and lets you know step by step progress. His crew is as dependable and professional as he is. Clean work done on time. We are extremely pleased with our new foam roof! I have had a roof leak for some time. I did a repair but apparently missed the leak. Reliable roofing by tgy responded promptly to my request for service, quickly assessed the problem, provided a quote range and promised work would start at 7am the next day. The workers arrived at the time promised and made the repair in one day. I was provided pictures of what was done and was told where my repair mistakes were. I was charged the low end of the quoted price and so far, no leaks. I would recommend this company.

What a drama! Some guys were coating roofing in the neighborhood and started on my roof, too...as the quoted price was very attractive. Then, I researched the product they were using and found it was low quality, and I also found out that they were not even licensed to do roofs. I panicked! Then I called Reliable Roofing. Todd came to my rescue! He uses a high quality product, and now I feel secure that my roof is in excellent condition. Todd's price was, of course, higher, but it's definitely worth it! Instead of having to re-seal every 3-5 years, my wonderful roof will not undergo the sun damage that degrades cheaper coatings. In addition, just knowing Todd and his crew is a heart-warming experience. They are gentlemen of their word, kind and helpful. I want to name them Knights of the Desert Roof. Thank you, Gayle R. For years as an attorney, I have assisted homeowners with complaints regarding roofing contractors. When an emergency arose with my own roof...I was wary. On referral, I found Todd Young of Reliable Roofing. Recognizing the emergency repair issue, the owner, Todd, personally was at my home the same day, assessed the emergency situation began repairs immediately prior to a predicted rain storm. The charges were reasonable, the work excellent with clean up and removal of debris immediately on completion. Not a grade of grass appeared to be disturbed on completion clean up. I found the owner professional and ethical in his person and performance of the work detailed in his contract - no surprises. I highly recommend this roofing contractor...Signed: no longer a cynical attorney regarding roofing contractors.

Todd was up front from the beginning worked with our solar installer and completed the repairs and went beyond on some matters that other roofing companies would have neglected. Todd Gregory Young did a great job and left every thing nice and neat. He is definitely REALIABLE and stands by his motto.

The owner of the company, Todd, has done two projects for me, a 6,700 sq. ft. house and a 15,000 square foot apartment building. Both projects involved tile and foam. Both were expertly done. On time and the final costs came in less than the bids on both properties. They come in, do what they need to do, and once they depart you would never know that they were there other than you have a perfect roof. You will be very pleased.

Roofers are not always know as the most reliable contractors. Reliable and Todd Gregory Young is different. Excellent service, work done in a timely manner and at a competitive price. 2 years later when I had a small leak in my foam roof, Todd was there withing 3 hours of my call, got right onto the roof and fixed it. I asked "how much" and Todd simply said my warranty covered it. Nice professional and nice guy. No reason to go anywhere else.

We called Todd and he came out the same day to look at our 45 year old tile roof. We signed the contract and he was back the next day to begin work and finished quickly and efficiently. Terrific, friendly, speedy service and they even cleaned up around the house, not leaving any evidence that we had roof repairs. Bring on the rain!
