"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."

"Everything went well.  They use drop cloth on floor and kept everything spotless.  It is like taking your car for a service and they find some hidden problems that you are not aware of, but it ends up costing more money than the original estimate.  However, it gave me a peace of mind that I know my fireplace and chimney are safe to use.

"Ilan Yosef and IY Development took my dream kitchen from concept to reality! The attention to detail, from custom cabinetry to the flawless installation of countertops and backsplashes, was top-notch. Ilan kept me updated throughout the entire renovation process, and the team s professionalism and craftsmanship were outstanding. I m thrilled with the outcome â it s like cooking in a magazine-worthy kitchen! Highly recommend Ilan for anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free kitchen remodel."

"You should have your chimney swept once a year. If you donâ t you run the risk of a chimney fire.."

"I received 5 quotes on my kitchen remodel and LA Expert Builders gave me unbeatable offer so it was an easy decision to go with them. Nir and his team showed up on time, were professional, quick, efficient and very honest. Nir was there for any help, available for a contact all the time and helped me to choose most suitable materials. He and his team finished this project in a timely manner and my new kitchen looks top notch!"

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Called within 1 hour, of my submitting request. Worked with my schedule. Provided quote, with only my information given and without seeing dryer. And I truly thought it would be high, as no cleaning maintenance in 9 years Performed service quickly, without mess left behind. Would highly recommend. Will definitely use again and will call when my chimney needs cleaned this fall"
