"Oscar @ Essential Living Construction- Top-notch contractor and his subs are also very attentive to detail. Quality work, fair prices, and overall Oscar is very personable and ensures that you are satisfied with his company’s work."

"Everything went as planned. Workers arrived on time, were polite and respectful of my home, cleaned up everyday. There was NO post acostic ceiling removal mess for me to clean like EVERYONE told me I would have! They were so meticulous with their taping off and covering that the entire job was painless for me. They worked around my schedule and were reasonable in their pricing. Matt Clark, owner, was easier to work with and cared very much that I was happy with the work. He provided me the name of an electrician(Summit Electric) that was equally as meticulous in his work. I am going to have Matt and his crew return in the future to do additional work for me."

"Jim and Randy and crew were very professional and prompt.  They were clean and considerate and I would have them back in my home anytime.  The job was finished on time and looked great when they were finished. My husband and I were very satisfied with the quality of the work, we highly recommend them."

"Ciro and his team did an excellent job on the popcorn ceiling removal for my home. They were professional and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would definitely work with them again!"

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"This is the third major project Tony has done for us. They gutted the kitchen and raised the ceiling, ran a new gas line, and upgraded the electrical and plumbing. Tony and his team were amazing and skilled; Tony has a great eye for design as well. Despite having to add electrical and plumbing to the job, they finished on time. We've been working with Tony for four years, and many of his team are the same guys, and quite a happy and polite crew! We are totally satisfied."

"It went great. Performed excellent!"

"I highly recommend GK Painting. We asked Gary to paint the entire townhouse: walls, ceilings, trim, closets, and doors - and we are thrilled with the results. We were sold when Gary first bid the job. He didn't simply give a cost estimate. He discussed colors, type of paint, and the way a few strategic accent walls could create a new look. His consultation helped us find a good color match with the existing floors and cabinets (which we didn't want to change). He also worked extra hard to complete the project while we were away on vacation. Coming back to a brand new space was a real treat. Gary's team did terrific detailed work. There were two pieces of art that had been painted on the wall that we wanted to keep. We didn't expect Gary's team to get right up to the edge of those pieces - but they did, and the result was perfect. All the edging was great. At the end of the project, everything was cleaned up and the result was exactly what we wanted. The entire interaction was a professional, quality experience and a great value for the money we spent. We are so satisfied, we plan on doing additional projects with GK Painting in the future."
