Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"I will never call any other electrician again -- Anthony and his team were great. He provided professional, detailed estimates by email after our initial meeting, and brought samples of different can lights during the install to help guide the decision-making about going with LED or regular fixtures. The work was done expertly -- no unnecessary holes in the walls, and whenever it was necessary to make a hole to get the wiring to a new area he'd pick the perfect place, and after the patch you'd never know even if you knew where to look. He said he can use cameras to thread through the walls to make sure they can keep cuts/holes to a minimum. He fixed whatever he saw that needed fixing while he was here (who knew the light in the attic was out?). He was prompt and let me know of any delays. The job was easy to schedule and completed fairly quickly considering the amount of work required. Whenever he needed to get an additional part (because I added to the scope of work) he'd go out and be back with it in a few hours at most, while the rest of his team kept working.

"I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. I also had been trying to arrange for someone to be home during period of time that service could be performed, and finally arranged for someone for an entire week (starting Monday 3/20) to permit the work to occur. The ADI scheduler informed me that all next week was taken."
