EM Electrical

He said he geys paid at least $80 an hour and excoriated me never to contact him again. I'm not sure why he felt it necessary to be rude to someone reaching out to offer him a job. I imagine he would be quite a bit worse if something went wrong with the work he did. So, he probanly did me a favor by telling me to get lost.

It was very easy to communicate with Eric and he was responsive. While here, I also asked for advice about other things that might need done and he was open and honest so that I didn't get the sense he was trying to up-sell or generate business unnecessarily. The workmanship was top-notch. I gave all 'A's in the ratings, but with a 'B' (good) for price. His bid was in line with others. There were some discounts being offered on Angie's list by other electrical providers, but none of them were very local to me, which I wanted. So, his price was absolutely market-place reasonable and the work was done very well. I would definitely use EM electrical again.

While waiting for the electric company (obviously busy do to the high winds) Eric was prompt and confirmed it was the weatherhead. Since he couldn't do the repair, he didn't charge us and just asked us to remember him for future work. We've since used Eric again and had the same great experience - responsive, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable!

Great result. Wanted to do this work for years. Wish I knew about Eric sooner.

Electrician called and I called back. Left good times to reach me. He never called. I tried again. He never responded.

Eric answered my first call came out the next day to look at the job and give me an estimate. I agreed, and he came out early on the scheduled day to do the job. He was knowledgeable and experienced, found solutions to issues as they arose (they always do) and did a great job. He also patiently (it was no easy task) helped me troubleshoot an electrical issue that I had in my house and fixed the problem. I am a Real Estate Broker and Property Manager, and will use Eric and EM Electrical in the future!

Eric was very courteous when he arrived and knowledgeable as he quickly troubleshot and fixed the problem in a efficient and timely matter. There was some faulty wiring going on behind one of the wall sockets that effected most the other stuff.

Eric, the owner of EM Electrical and also a licensed electrician as well as handyman provided excellent customer service and responsiveness to a problem at my tenant's house. He came within a day of when I called him and provided superior work in installing a new ceiling fan for the master bedroom.   The old fan was improperly installed and was not to safety code regulations and Eric provided a way in which the new fan could be installed to code and installed an electrical box in the wall which would provide the needed power for the new fan along installing the wiring along the beam to run the electric from the box to the fan in an attractive and safe manner.
Eric also provided additional value added services by trouble shooting a number of other issues that needed to be addressed such as installing a new thermostat,  trouble shooting the fridge ice maker that was not working and diagnosing the problem and what the solution would be, as well looking at problems with  the operation of the dryer and washer and garage door all for minimal extra cost as primarily value added service.
Eric is very professional and knowledgeable and provides very reasonable rates for quality service.  He will also let you know what needs to be done and if he is not the right person for a particular service he will refer you if desired to other reasonably priced and professional contractors who perform the service.

E.M.E was prompt and courteous arriving on time as scheduled. The man came with a full arsenal of tools for the job. He addressed all the issues, concerns, and requests presented to him in a knowledgeable and timely manner. Everything works great know. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My landlord hired EM Electric. I requested a motion light be installed on my patio. Where I enter was super dark. Erik came out and took a look, told me his plan for the best location (turned out perfect), also recommended a garage light sensor to add for small additional charge, I guess was easy to install as he had to do most the work for the patio (drilling hole from garage outlet) so thought to offer this addition. Extra awesome since my complex we don't have automatic openers and I had to fish for the overhead light in the dark. He was clean, courteous, and professional (even moved my stuff in the garage to do the job, then put back after he was done)!
I can't say enough nice things about him! He's such a nice man, communicated well, trustworthy, and was always reachable throughout the process.
I will definitely request his services, as needed in the future.

Eric did great work and was very professional. Work was completed the same day as was promised . Very affordable and reliable.
