Clear, timely communication from the first contact, both with me and with our solar company.  Courteous, friendly and professional service in every way.  Will definitely use him again for any electrical work.

After I plugged into a power outlet an extension cord that I had tried to adapt to go through a cabinet, all kitchen outlets stopped working. I checked the general panel and everything was on ON.
I contacted Anthony De Luca at City Lights Electric in the late afternoon and he replied via email proposing a 9am next day appointment. He arrived on time and was very courteous while unfortunately I was on the phone for a work call and could not hang up. The work only took a few minutes since he was able to fix the issue directly from the general panel (one of the switches was not fully ON). Although I insisted, he did not want any payment for the call and the work.

We moved into our home over the summer. In a corner of the back yard, we have a fish pond that was installed by the previous owners. While my husband was doing yard work behind the pond, he sliced the electrical cord to the pump which runs the waterfall feature.  I called around to several electrical companies looking for someone to come out and see if they could repair or replace the electrical cord.  I was told by several other companies I would have to wait several days before appointments were available.  Since the pond is stocked with about 20 fish, it was important to us to resolve this quickly.
City Lights Electric responded to my message on Angie's List about repairing/ replacing the electrical cord to the pump of our fish pond within an hour.  We scheduled the service the next morning. Anthony arrived at the appointed time and performed the service quickly.  He answered all my husband's questions regarding the repair as well as giving some additional  information regarding an outlet that keeps tripping to the refrigerator in our garage due to the Christmas lights we have on the same circuit.  We plan on having the outlet replaced by Anthony after the holidays. We could not be more happy with the service from City Lights Electric.

He was very prompt - actually early, which never happens. The only issue was that the lights only stayed on for about five seconds (I admittedly didn't want them to stay on very long but that was way too short), so I called him and he came right out to adjust them. After the adjustment, they were still staying on the same amount of time, but he texted me, told me how to adjust them myself, and followed up to see if I was successful. Which I was. 
I would use City Lights again.

Anthony did a great job on the first installation but the second fan I had purchased at Lowes was missing parts. I had to return it so he was unable to stay and complete both installations that day. He did however say that he would send his father the following afternoon. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Umberto but he did an awesome job just like his son. Both are very neat while they work. Both were very punctual. My family and I are very pleased with their work. The only thing I couldn't believe was the price but I have to say they were less expensive than the others. It's just that you pay more to install than the actual cost of the fan. I totally recommend city lights electric.

awesome. Anthony advised me on the placement and operation of both kinds of detectors. Now the house is up to code and I know everything has been set up the right way.

He was reliable and on time. He did the work quickly and efficiently, including purchasing the necessary parts. He saved us money by repairing the existing fixtures rather than replacing them. Overall, he was highly professional and a pleasure to work with.

It went absolutely amazing. Communication started via email (very convenient for me) and he came for a site visit/scope of work needed. Fast follow up (same day) with quote via email. Accommodated my schedule for the appointment. Anthony and his dad came on time and they were on a mission. I had a work emergency and had to leave. Felt the house was in perfect hands. Went out of his way to accommodate my wishes and even had to come back later to finish the last room (he couldn't finish it, because my cats were locked in there and I asked him not to enter it.). Even though he had to drive back he didn't change the bill and stuck to the original quote.
Anthony and his dad finished the job in record time, were extremely polite and professional. They worked very clean and went out of their way to leave the place clean. 
Thanks Angie's List for helping me find such a pro that offered premium work for a fair price.
One thing is clear: I will hire Anthony back!

With an air conditioner constantly tripping a breaker in 104 degrees, Anthony came out within an hour of my calling.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained that the breaker needed for replacement wasn't made anymore and he would have to see if he could find one.  Within a few hours he got back to me and said he located the breaker and came right out and replaced the faulty one.  I would easily recommend using City Lights Electric and will most certainly be doing business again with Anthony.

Anthony came out to take down and rehang a chandelier that needed rewiring and take it to a lamp repair for me. He was very nice and helpful.

I've used City Lights twice--once at a rental property and once at my home. I have been extremely pleased both times. Anthony was prompt, prepared, and completed everything I asked of him in a reasonable period of time.  Rates are extremely reasonable. On both occasions that I used him, I had a plumber working at the same time, and Anthony coordinated his work with the plumbers so there was no down time.

Very pleased with the work done.  Anthony is quite personable and well informed.  All completed in one day, and cleaned up.  Will use again.

City Lights Electric did a great job. This was a bit more involved than a basic fan install since there was no previously existing wiring in the ceiling. I did have to do a little finish work after the job was done. I had to finish patching a few holes that they needed to make in order to run the new wiring. They did do an initial coat to plug holes but definitely not a finish coat. No surprise though as I figured I'd have to do some of that anyway. They cleaned up the work site perfectly when done. They were on time, professional, and very friendly. I believe their pricing is in line with other companies. I will definitely call them anytime I have the need for an electrician. Thank you Anthony!
