He phoned to tell us when he'd arrive, and when traffic caused a slight delay he phoned to let us know about that too. He moved his car without being asked in order to accommodate our handyman, who was there at the same time. In other words: beautiful work, above and beyond the call of duty service, considerate and thoughtful. Steve also cleans carpets and he will be our tile- and carpet-cleaning pro from here on out!"

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

"Everything you've read about Martinez is true. He does impeccable work for a good price. He's very personable and easy to work with, as long as you can get over the language barrier. The floors were in pretty terrible shape and now they look like new. He came out on Monday and the job finished the following Monday, with a thorough sanding, 2 coats of stain and a coat of high-gloss on top. My only warning is if you're super picky about what you want or you want work to happen on a tight schedule, make sure you have a bilingual friend on hand who can interpret exactly what you want. If you're a little more open about things, you'll have no problems even if you don't speak Spanish. Overall, it couldn't have gone better. Martinez does great work and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs this sort of work done."
