"Great experience getting windows installed by American Home Renewal. First contact was 6 months ago. I slept on it for a few months and got some other quotes. Chris was friendly as a sales man, Gave me a competitive price and some pointers on fiberglass vs vinyl. I went with Vinyl. Alex was the installer and was very detailed in explaining the install process. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me tips on how to do a proper install. We did a mix of new construction and retrofit. we added window casings and he was very thorough and asked multiple questions on how I wanted the casings to look. only hiccup was one of the windows was ordered wrong. we couldn't determine where the mixup occurred but they immediately took full ownership and reordered me a new window to the specs I wanted. "We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. We were given an estimate for the work needed, I was really afraid of what may come up cost wise once they started the work, as I watch HGTV faithfully and I have seen how it goes, where the cost keeps going up. Everything we were told went as planned, we were told up front that we may need gutters, Yep we needed gutters, we had already factored the cost in. We had to delay the start date due to the weather, but once the rain had stopped Russ and his crew came out and the work went seamless, they showed up on time, worked till dark, and called me to let me know when they were leaving. The crew took pride in their work, if we had any questions or concerns, they put us at ease with their knowledge of how to do the job. They cleaned up as if they had never been here. We are really happy with the end result and so are our neighbors, several have asked if we were planning to sell. We gladly tell then NO! "Pablo is professional and did the job well. We needed gutters cleaned and the gutter guards replaced. There was a considerable amount of tree debris and actual plants growing in the gutters with lots of dirt! I was concerned about clean up and he assured me they would clean up. He used a helper. Pablo put the debris in large garbage bags but the helper threw dirt, weeds and debris from years of accumulation over the side onto well groomed fern beds, lawn and a wood deck. His clean up was hosing everything down which created a muddy mess. There was no reason the helper couldn't have put the debris in bags to avoid all of this. I spent three or four hours cleaning my yard and carefully tended flower beds. This never should have occurred. The gutter job was A 1 but the clean up left much to be desired."

"Patrick was unusually good with follow through and the project cost what he quoted. It was refreshing to hire a contractor who not only did proper work but actually charged no more than his quote and completed the job on time. I needed drywall repair in a hard to reach place and he cleverly came up with a solution to do the work safely. Also, his drywall finish guy (“mudding”) did excellent work. My only complaint is that because of time constraints he rushed the painting and what should have been done in two days was done in one which so he was unable to paint a clean border. This was a minor issue as the amount of painting was very small, but if he has to do painting ensure he leaves at least two days to complete it."
