"We had initially called to get an estimate for one window, Alex came out to meet with me and my husband, we talked to him about what we wanted, Alex took a look at the one window I was looking at replacing, my husband had already said we needed to get the siding done first, Alex took a look around the outside of the house and said, getting the window replaced would not make any sense, because the siding was in really bad shape, literally falling off the house, Alex talked to us about the benefits of replacing all of the windows and the siding, lowering our heating cost, and making our home more comfortable, also increasing the value of our home if we ever decide to sell. "Patrick was unusually good with follow through and the project cost what he quoted. It was refreshing to hire a contractor who not only did proper work but actually charged no more than his quote and completed the job on time. I needed drywall repair in a hard to reach place and he cleverly came up with a solution to do the work safely. Also, his drywall finish guy (“mudding”) did excellent work. My only complaint is that because of time constraints he rushed the painting and what should have been done in two days was done in one which so he was unable to paint a clean border. This was a minor issue as the amount of painting was very small, but if he has to do painting ensure he leaves at least two days to complete it."
