They took a minute to review my issue and then jumped on for several more hours AT NO EXTRA CHARGE telling me that all that matters is I get what I need and my family is safe from mold and toxins and I have peace of mind. I could say so much more amazing things but that would go on forever. So let me just sum up with the point: If you ever have mold remediation, toxin remediation needs than you call these folks - you will win on price, service, quality, and feel like your working with a friend who happens to be an expert in this sort of stuff. Look no further - they are the very best."

"I found Mold Remedies online and called them up and spoke and met with Richard. We made an appointment the very next day for him to inspect our mold problem. He was prompt and courteous, and he gave us great advice on how to address the issue. He did not charge us, as he told us we could fix the issue on our own. I like that -- he was trustworthy, fair and honest. I will hire him in a minute if I have a big mold issue in the future. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."
