Having watched Alfrado's YouTube video replacing a BMW 328i E90, I was impressed by the job he did enough to call and made an appointment even though he is about 60 miles away from me. Arrived at his shop and he was ready. No, wait, no other cars waiting. Pulled in and he started the work as soon as I got out of the car. The shop is clean and extremely well organized. His work was as good as the YouTube video. Outstanding service, pleasant disposition, timely, and experienced. Thank you Alfredo for an excellent job.

The windshield replacement went very smooth. The staff at Alfredo's is extremely professional and ready to provide a great experience. Alfredo himself is very skilled and knowledgeable, and he provided updates during the job as well as pictures and a full description of the work done. I would definitely go to Alfredo's again.

They booked me the same day, quickly had my car in and out at less than half the price as the big guys. I am very happy with the quality of the work, hopefully my windshield doesn't crack again but if it does I know where to go.

This is our second time using Alfredo's for a windshield replacement. We are always very satisfied with the level of service and communication. For example, on this current repair, they were very clear in explaining that this type of car will often require replacement edging (an extra cost) around the windshield as they tend to dry out over time. (The car is five years old) We knew upfront all the possible costs and they made sure to show us the dry and brittle edging on the car when they removed the windshield. It is nice to work with individuals who are upfront, cover all the bases and keep the lines of communication open. The price was still considerably less than if I had used the local dealer.

My husband had tried replaced one window regulator & motor on his own but it still wasn’t working. Alfredo troubleshot & got it working, and also replaced the motor & regulator on another window. Did a great job & even let my husband watch. His wife helped him & they are a great team!

I had an awesome experience with Alfredo. You cant tell he takes great pride in his work, and he was willing to let me watch the entire process and explain things. Really impressed with the quality of his work. I will be coming back next week to get a windshield replaced on another one of my vehicles.
