"Meetings times were not always punctual, but this could have been a communication problem on both sides.  The work area was left with concrete debris on the lawn and a tool and bucket left behind.  The contractor returned to collect the items did some clean up and detailed some unfinished areas cosmetically.  Overall the job was done satisfactorily after a few items (clean up and detail) were done.  The contractor is pleasant and easy to work with.

This project started with demolition of a concrete driveway, digging a hugh foundation for an addition to a garage, removing about 26 yards of dirt, forming new addition, driveway and front entrance walkway. Pumped in 32 yards of concrete, colored and stamped a portion of the driveway and entrance sidewalk. Job completed on Friday by 2pm. Five days, start to finish! Workmanship is excellent. "I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."
