"Their technician did an excellent inspection job: he crawled under the house, took photos, and did a very precise measurement of the house level. However, Saber doesn't replace steel girders under what are called "Princess homes". They can do jack replacement and leveling, but first I need a rusted steel girder replaced, for which I must hire a different foundation contractor."

"They coated our roof with something like clear plastic. The product is called elastomeric. We are very happy with everything they did. We have already had them back to put in some downspouts. They also cleaned the gutters. I would use them again and recommend their service."

"Hasn't been long since I purchased this house as an investment property, but the outside needed a little work. The driveway was mainly gone. I guess the concrete was not used properly and the rest of the driveway was just a mess. These fellows came and removed the old concrete and poured in a new layer.
