Excellent response to a serious cold water situation. We’re new to SoCal, but had a very old hot water tank. Nick responded the same day I sent out an SOS, gave me a fair price to replace, relocate, and bring my tank up to standards. A consummate professional in all phases of his work. Nikolaus was amazing, he was early, fast, and he explained everything that he was doing. Such a kind and honest person, as a woman sometimes I feel like people doing repairs on my home can be dishonest and try to charge a lot, but I didn’t feel that way with Nikolaus. He was great!
