"Pete (the owner) and his roofing crew (Genaro, Alberto, Pedro) were great! Pete replied promptly to my initial inquiry and came out right away to look at the roof. Following that, it took somewhat longer than I had hoped to get an initial bid and to actually start the job, but his bid turned out to be lower than the others, and I could see that the delay was for the right reason -- Pete always prioritizes the roof he's already working on to make sure it's done well and as quickly as possible, so a house doesn't stay unprotected for longer than necessary. Once they finally finished earlier projects and started working on our roof, they were 100% on task from start to finish. They are a small company and ours was a complex, 4000+ square foot roof that required ordering special materials along the way, so it took about a month to complete the job with 3 guys working 40 hours per week. However, I really appreciated the way they always started promptly on time each day and worked closely with my wife and I throughout the entire process to make sure work was being done exactly as we (and the City's historic rules) needed it done. Pete and his crew were friendly and very accommodating of special requests related to the historic peculiarities of our house, skylights, neighbor's concerns about parking, etc. Many parts of the roof required creative, on-the-fly problem solving, due to the non-standard construction of our 1800's house. Genaro, especially, was great at innovative problem solving and did beautiful work, but everyone on the team was super dedicated, hard working, and skilled. We have already had one heavy downpour since the new roof went on, and not a single drop got through! I can confidently recommend Positive Results Roofing if you are looking for a small, personable company that is licensed and bonded and does quality roof replacements or repairs for a reasonable price."

"Our roofing problem was clearly explained to us as was what was needing to be done to solve the problem. Upon inspection of our roof, other issues due to the age of the roof particularly under the AC units, were observed and suggestions were made regarding repair/replacement. The workers were efficient, friendly, and dedicated to doing a good job. They solved all of the problems including painting all of our roof vents making them look new again. They showed great pride in their workmanship. They did a great job of cleaning up when the project was completed. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice to hire Alcon's Roofing."
