He showed up to do the estimate, and then a day later picked our door up for us, installed and had us up and running within a few hours. One small piece (kickplate) wasn’t available; he ordered it returned a week later and installed it without us needing to check in or anything. He disposed of our old door and all other trash as well as keeping a super clean work area. He repaired our interior door so quickly I didn’t even know he had moved on to do it. Thanks for the great work!!"

"My wife hired another company to repair our window screens on the same day that I purchased a re-screen discount coupon for six windows from Angie's List for America's Best Window Cleaning.  America's Best agreed to repair a screen door and some windows instead.  I do not remember exactly but I believe they repaired two or three windows in addition to the screen door for the same price.

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
