"The price was good. They're responsiveness was good because there was a minor issue. It was mainly cosmetic. There were plastic caps that goes in the hole of the window after they put the screws through. They failed to put that. I called them, they were supposed to follow-up and they didn't follow-up. They never called me back and they never responsive to take care of that, unless they came and maybe my kids had them do it. The work was incomplete. It's really a minor thing. They're so stupid not to finish the job and they were good otherwise. They didn't get bad ratings, and I don't think the owner even knows. I called them actually six months to three months ago. I told them to come and finish up the final finishing touch of the window, which is part of their job. They never called back. I asked them to even have their owner call me. They're not responsive. The work they did was good except for this last item. I hate to give them a bad mark. They didn't follow up and have a bad reception. I'm not happy with the work because it's not fair that I gave them the full price and they didn't do a full job. Actually the workers were good. They came, they were efficient and did the job. The final touch they didn't do."

"It went great. The crews were fantastic, the quality of work and materials very high and the overall project management by Nathan outstanding. I am getting nothing but compliments about how beautiful the room is and how well it works with the kitchen Goodfellas already renovated. I am so pleased with all the work done by this construction company. We got a new roof, dual pane windows, recessed lighting in the living room, our kitchen renovated and now the family room expanded. "They are very polite.  They keep moving and get the job done.  They go above and beyond.  I thought they would be done with the windows by 4 pm, they actually were done at 6 pm, with adding little things on, and they didn’t charge me extra.  They do a good job of hanging Christmas lights and usually have pretty good suggestions, based on what I want of where the lights should go and so forth."
