"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! "We could not be more pleased with Montesinos Landscape and Design and have recommended them to other neighbors in our new community. He and his crew were always timely and worked hard, all day. When we were indecisive at times, he was patient and gave us the time we needed to make decisions without feeling rushed. Maria did all the paperwork for building permits with the county and with our HOA. They laid concrete, put in artificial turf, border areas for planting, a water feature, put in electricity for overhead lights, and a raised, decorative herb garden/bed. They planted tons of plants for us, including trees, shrubs, climbing roses and ground roses and lots of bedding plants. All have flourished. They also extended our fencing and placed a gate in our existing fence to 'join' our front and back yard areas. Our dog chewed up some of our underground irrigation/pipes which was obviously not Montesino's fault but they replaced it free of charge.
