"We are still in the process of having the work done. Started with servicing HVAC. We just purchased this condo for mom to live in..we knew there was disconnected duct work. Apparently last owner was heating and cooling the attic spaceâ ¦The duct registers were filthy with built up dust, insulation, and construction debris. Brent showed up the same day I called to perform the service. He was very Friendly, Knowledgeableâ ¦and gave us the unfortunate news that the ducting needed to be replacedâ ¦There was no way to clean old deteriorating conduit tubesâ ¦Long story short Brent is going to make the HVAC system clean for 83year old grandma to breathe clean air in her new home. I can let you know later after all the work is complete. I am very impressed with Brent and would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC workâ ¦he isnâ t pushy. He is just factual..and makes recommendations. He is a good guy"
