"We hired Handyman Sam to paint the fascia around our house. He quickly found some rot, and recommended we get that repaired. He coordinated with a roofer to peel back part of our roof to replace some beams & fascia. They did a great job, and added some drip edges so water damage would not occur again. Then they painted, making sure we liked the samples first. All in all, a great job, lots of communication, done when he said it would be, and he treated his guys well. Definitely would recommend him. "
