"Very positive experience, from meeting with Stephan and Tony, Juan professionally managing and working with the team, Tim paying attention to detail and Alfredo chipping in wherever needed. Wasn't an easy work given the tight attic space, yet they got the job done a little longer than initially promised but probably better and quicker than anyone else. Alanis Air= professional team quality work @ reasonable cost = I'll recommend them to anyone looking for a decent local family business installing HVAC. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
