"We hired Handyman Sam to paint the fascia around our house. He quickly found some rot, and recommended we get that repaired. This includes cleaning the drain line at least every three months, changing the filter every one to three months, and getting your AC serviced annually. Also, if any problems arise with your AC, hire an HVAC technician to deal with them ASAP.
