He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. I do think that the popularity of Blue Ribbon Industries, especially with the Angie's List Deal, spread him out too much, so it took much longer than necessary.  It was finished 6 months after I bought the coupon and over 4 months after the job was begun.  However, I was not in a big hurry, and only got a little anxious about the delays toward the last couple of months. 
He was very good about making sure I was happy, and said that if I needed any more wire holes or if I had any questions or problems to let him know.  He was very friendly and professional.
