"We were so happy with Larry and Gio of Desert View Pest Control.  I called on the 16th and he came out on the 17th (my choice of time).  Gio who took my call was extremely professional and explained exactly what he would do.  She also went over the options I could select if I wanted to continue service on either a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly plan.  We decided to go with the monthly option at $36 a month and if there are any problems in-between they come out free of charge to take care of it.  The first time call was $89.  A huge plus is that there is NO contract so we did not have to sign up for a year.  You can quit at any time and change the type of plan at any time. 
If I could give an A+ I would.  I always am appreciative of professionalism, punctuality, quality, etc . but the fact that Larry and Gio were so nice was a true plus.  He left my dog huge dog biscuit.  Sort of like he had me at the dog biscuit (which was on top of the invoice which explained what he did, included all the chemicals used and also the price of the different plans).
