Description of Work: Full epoxy flooring in a three car garage. Gabriel came over an explained everything. The job took 1.5days and looks really good. I love that he come early and is a hard worker. |The only complaint I have is they are very hard to get on the phone and even worse to get them to return calls.

Description of Work: The deal I got was for epoxy for the garage. Two main issues with my experience. | |1) Nobody would respond to me. I tried emailing through Angie's list as well as call multiple times but somehow every time I called (During their business hours), I would get their voice mail. I left two messages and did not receive a call back until the same day I called Angie's list to cancel the purchase of the deal. Coincidence? I think not. | |2) After finally speaking to them, they were pretty upfront in that I would be spending more on the job than the $369 deal. This was all clear in the details for the deal that it was up to 300 square feet but I assumed that was a general amount for a 2 car garage and possibly some larger garages may be a bit larger. Instead, it was estimated that my job will be at least another $300 if it was a standard two car garage. Then she explained some of the premium options that are available but then the cost is now upwards of $1500+. From the sounds of it, the basic one for the deal was not really good quality so that is why I should upgrade to the premium. Instead of dealing with all of this, I decided to ask for a refund on the deal since it was not much of a deal at all.

+ -1 moreI ended up cancelling because most 2 car garages as pictured are 400 sq ft. If you have a standard 2 car garage in OC, I suggest you measure before you buy. This deal only covers 300 sq ft or basically a one car garage. They wanted double the price for their basic service at 400 sq ft. They quoted me their premium option at around $1800. They know that most garages in OC are around 400 sq ft so they know you'll have to pay more once you buy this deal. I did not feel good at all about their sales approach.

+ 0 moreWe were very happy. Gabriel was prompt, very polite, so nice and worked very hard all day long. The job is drying now, and will be for the next seven days. But it looks good. The overall experience was excellent. We would definitely use him again for other needs in our home.

Currently following instructions to not to place anything on the garage floor and so haven't gone in yet to inspect it closely. It looks great from the outside. The only negative is extremely strong fumes that last for couple days.
